What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days via our standard ground carriers.
Do Heybike electric bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Heybike comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the motor and battery.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual in the box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for qualifying customers.
How do I maintain my e-bike battery for longevity?
To maximize battery life, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, charge it at least once a month when not in use, and try to keep the charge level between 20% and 80%.
