At Heybike, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and the charger are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Heybike
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a professional pickup for larger items.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
